Here is some info you and your teams will need to make sure you have.
PLEASE make sure each player and staff going on the APPA site and get your AES Regional 2012 membership or if you are getting a 2012 PSP membership this will also cover the regional events. On Thursday this will go up to $40 so PLEASE make sure all of your players and staff get this done ASAP to avoid the $10 late payment fee.
When you go to check in Saturday you must have all your waviers filled out and all the players and staff in line with a valid goverment or shcool photo ID. Each player and staff will will need a memebrship.
It is very important that the full team and staff are all in line at the same time to speed up the check in process.
RaceTo-2 Times for Saturday:
Doors will open at 8:45 am
Captains meet at 10:00 am
First game at 10:20 am
No ripped or torn clothing, no metal, sharp or pointed cleats, all players must have full length pants and long sleeve tops. No modified goggels, if a player has white on their clothing or gear we are not responsiable if we call you out for what we think is a hit due to you the player electing to wear white on your person or gear ie (The White Rule).
The games will be called very fast so each team will only have a max of about 6 to 8 mins to get ready for the next game. So PLEASE make sure you and your team are ready as will we be starting the 20 sec clock and then the game will start when the time hits 0:00. The games will be 5 mins long. No pit side coaching at all. If any players or spectators act rude or like a jerk on the sidelines they will be asked to leave the property at once. The AES events are to have fun at there will be NO counter coaching or acting like a jerk allowed at all.
PSP 12 BPS cap. I would suggguest that you have your guns set at 12 BPS and not 12.5 BPS.
Chrono is 300 FPS
There will be NO curseing allowed anyone cursing will be pulled and assesed a 1 of 1.
If you are shot you are allowed to say hit out ect one time ANY talking or pointing after that will end up cause the ref to pull another player for a penalty. PLEASE if you get shot say hit, out ect then walk off the field with out talking or pointing. Players are NOT allowed to stop and pick up pods if they are eliminated. They must leave the field and go to the pits ASAP.
ALL players must have on a barrel bag before leaving the field of play. Players must also have their goggels on before leaving the pit area. Safty first is a must.
