I've got a Ninja tank with Pro Adjustable reg. When I first aired my gun up and then took the tank off the tank was slowly leaking out of the top of the reg.

I replaced the pin valve, pin valve spring and pin valve seat as was directed by the previous owner. The old parts of these that I replaced showed no sign of wear or breakage.

It also seemed that the tank had been tossed around in shipping and the reg had poked a hole through the box.

I haven't had a chance to air it up with the new parts but my question to you would be do you think that those components were the issue? Or do you think they just needed to be reset within the reg?

Thanks in advance.

I would say you have done the right thing in replacing those parts although usually a good clean sorts any leaks. Air the tank and see if it has cured it.

hey i just got a ninja adjustable 68/4500 tank a week ago, i adjusted the pressure to 500, everythings fine, played with it that weekend, went to raise the pressure back up by putting the shims back in and the little tool that you put in the bonnet screw holes to get the top off just ripped out of the threads and pretty much destroyed the threads. i did it as per the manuals instructions, i know it might be a long shot but does ninja replace regs when **** like this happens? or am i just gonna have to bite the bullet get an *** chewing from the wife and buy a new reg? Thanks.

Ninja techs, any info on my question about an SCBA fill? Do I need a regulator from the SCBA tank or do I just fill according to the gauge on my HPA tank? I have seen y'alls name come up when looking for a reg, but am having trouble finding a product.

Can you guys clarify the reg swap program?

If i were to send it in for hydro, would it cost anymore to replace the reg with a ninja reg? also what reg is used to replace it?

correct tank/reg for Ripper

Could you tell me the right tank and reg for a 2012 Ripper? My son just traded for this gun and all he told me was "I need a low pressure reg". Please help!

Carmen

P. S. I was just going to buy it all together so I don't have to keep installing regulators!

Based on my personal experience, I would recommend the SLP regulator. They were designed for use on Bob Long's newest markers. You can purchase the regular SLP or the SLP pro so your son can adjust position of the gauge/fill nipple.

However... If your son has other guns he will be using the tank with, I would opt for one of the Ninja adjustable regulators. My preference would be the Pro as it will be easier to adjust pressures and still allows you to modify the gauge/fill nipple placement.

Got 2 tanks a 68 and 50
My question is both being adjustable reg.
When I go to fill my tanks the 50 hits 4k psi
But connecting and filling the 68 my gauge will always read about 300 psi under the max 4k fill my field gives
Is there something wrong with my tank/ regulater or is my gouge needle just dinked off center ?

It does this at any preassure being output

Slp for g6r

Do you think an SLP is beneficial for a BL g6R? Or should I stick with my regular HP set ups on my tanks? I have 2 68/4500 and a 45/45..

And I am assuming that the regulators for HPA and nitrogen are the same since they are inert. Please enlighten me if you can.

The threads in the neck of an scba tank are totally different from the threads inside of paintball tank. A Paintball Tank Regulator would not be able to screw into the neck of the SCBA tank.

Hi. I think you can fix this issue without buying a rebuild or a pin valve kit. The only oring that would cause a leak in that area is the small white teflon oring found on the inside of the top of the Bonnet. You can degas your system, remove the bonnet, remove the oring, clean the pocket it sits in, flip that oring upside down, and that will usually take care of the problem. Its very very rare for the orings inside of our regulators to ever go bad.
