Stock settings would be a good start.

Might also make sure you didn't bend the tap on the microswitch when puling the trigger out of the frame.

I can say with all certainty the Screw was not stripped because I hand assemble every single one personally and the screws are threaded in once the Blue Loctite becomes a bit tacky using a quality Allen Key. I place the screw on the Allen Key and turn it in all the way through to work the Loctite into all the threads to ensure the screws never creep/move during operation, and then I back them out to a general setting that works on most of the Markers. There is never any force applied. I would assume your Allen key, given the small size was either not very high quality, was already somewhat stripped or was not seated fully into the head of the Stainless Steel screws

It's possible I have it confused with a different thing.
Not confused. This is how they were designed. Because of the internal Plumbing on Bob's Victory & G6R, the activation set screw had to e offset which places the hole on the left side and goes into the radius of the face of the trigger. What this means is that simply threading all the way through the Trigger would leave a rough and jagged edge where the threads eat into the radius which not only doesn't look very good, but the little edges could potentially snag on a glove, tearing it, or worse, cutting fingers. To avoid all of these things, the upper, offset hole on the Triggers have the threads Blind Tapped from the rear until they are just short of touching the left outermost edge, leaving a CLEAN and SAFE hole.

That's what Loctite is designed to do. Seize screws in threaded ports. If I didn't use Loctite, the screws would not retain their adjustment and they would not work. A quick tip to you for future reference, whenever Loctite is present and you feel its hold is too strong/firm, heat up the part to soften the hold. This works on ALL Loctite and particularly when removing Feednecks, I use a butane torch to heat up the entire area and they turn out but you feel a gummy resistance from the Loctite.

I can assure you the Screws are of the highest quality. They are Stainless Steel and if you look at the tip, you will notice they are completely FLAT so as to purposely minimize damage onto the back of the Trigger frame. I searched high and low for the best quality screws for this application specifically and they weren't by anyone's accord... Cheap. LOL

I didn't quite understand the bit about the bearings and ease of fitment into your Marker though. FYI, POWER Triggers are IDENTICAL to the factory Trigger in every way geometrically so if the factory Trigger fits, so will mine. Feel free to elaborate on your issue.

I too had an issue with on of the screws not budging, and what I thought was stripping. When i looked at my cheap allen key I saw it had actually bent and twisted. When I used a good quality allen key the screw moved and I was good to go.

It's fairly difficult to mar/damage one of these in SS. They are hardened so if an Allen key slips or clicks as you try to turn it, most likely the tool fell victim to the screw.

LOL!

Thanks for the kind words. Producing some of, if not, the absolute best Triggers was one of my objectives. I sincerely hope you all feel they achieve that.

I can attest that if you use a quality Allen key it will turn. mine was pretty tight also but turned just fine once the Loctite hold was broken a bit. like incubus said, it's there to keep the screw from moving so its not gonna be the easiest thing to start turning

So putting Loctite or Teflon tape on the new screw would be a smart idea?

It's actually paramount. Without loctite the screws can and usually do back themselves out during normal operation. This happens on all triggers unless they are made of nylon or delrin and the threads are machined tight but that's only the case initially. Over time the threads open up a bit and the screws will have room to dance and loctite will be required to control free movement.

Teflon is never an option on triggers.

What people need to keep in mind is that the Loctite is still in liquid form when parts and markers are being assembled. However, Loctite can solidify if it is subjected to resistance in tight areas like air fittings on regulators where the friction creates heat and solidifies the loctite almost immediately.

Officially endorsing these triggers. The saber I have on my Vice absolutely rips, and Incubus is the man as far as customer service and quick communication.

Great product, sir.

^^^

I spoke with Jack Wood and he was kind enough to send me Raw Ego11 Triggers for me to reference in order to make POWER Triggers for his Markers. Like the Victory & G6R Markers from Bob, Jack's EGO & GEO Markers have identical Triggers so once mine are done for the PE Crowd, EGO & GEO owners will have the option of picking up a POWER Trigger.

I just have to recoup some more of my investment in these before pressing forward on the PE versions.

REALLY happy with my Kodachi!!

HEADS UP! My trigger wasn't "fitting properly when I got mine and noticed this.

This IS correct and the front lip that is circled IS designed to sit on the frame. NOT tucked into where the stock trigger would seat itself.
