T mount problem

On my 08 slg the t mount moves a lot. I checked the in geip frame but you cant tighten it from there and idk where to tighten it from.

what is the T-mount? is that the rail for the ASA? or does T stand for trigger?

It's the little rail.

Its a dove tail, not a T Mount.
