Any lube should work fine. I always suggest that for spoolers you lube lite and lube often. Always wipe off the old stuff before you add new grease. If you use too much grease, you will actually cause bolt stick.
The best way to tell if you have too much is to look at all the holes in the drive core and at the back of the bolt guide(or whatever your gun may call it). If you see deposits of lube gathering in those areas, you may have too much lube in there. That build up will decrease air flow and in extreme cases even clog your noid.
I think there are some good vids up about how to lube properly and how much. They're worth a look at. Proper lubing will ensure smooth gun operation and long oring life. This equals many many hours of shooting fun
