My team got "sponsored" through this last year. They sent us a confirmation email with directions on what would happen next....we waited and waited but nothing. Finally we contacted them to see what was going on and they end up sending us another email with a completely different story and said we were doing something wrong. When I still had the previous email from them with completely different directions. Nobody at Empire or Kee had a clue as to what the other was doing in regards to this sponsorship.

to top it all off under our team bio page on their website they ended up putting some other teams information. Total waste of time if you ask me.

Kee just sucks *** as a whole. I love my empire clothing but everything else is just bad

Yea, the first email stated that we would be contacted by our home field owner in regards to sponsorship packages. Never heard a word. Our local field owner didn't even know anything about it.

After contacting kee/empire they said we were doing it wrong and that WE were the ones that had to get in contact with our local field owner. I have 2 emails from them with 2 different sets of directions. The second email completely contradicting what they had stated in the first email. Yet it was our fault and me and my team where the ones doing something wrong.

At first I was happy to see this [starting a team in the UWL], After reading most of everyone's posts I don't know what to think. I hate getting messed with like this, last team I was on, all the sponsors just talked big and never really did anything but "get discounts like everybody else". It'd help if someone did a little bit more then give discounts, times are tough.

In fairness, sponsorships are a two-way street. If you want more than "just discounts", you also need to be willing to prove that you're going to go above and beyond just using their gear and putting their company name on your jersey.

And I mean that in general, not just KEE specifically. Because frankly after the horrible customer service I've gotten from their tech department between two guns of theirs, they'd HAVE to be paying me to use their guns again.

Well, I guess I can justify paying this much since they're made in the USA and not Taiwa-- oh...
