I used to ski, started snowboarding about 3 seasons ago. love it waaay more than skiing, and found it MUCH easier to pic-up than skiing

Skiing just seems wrong to me. I feel like I'd cross skis and break a leg or something. I like being strapped to a single moving object. Then again, my friends who ski have the exact inverse reaction to snowboarding.

Not that I really know the difference. I've only owned one board so far, and it has magnetraction. I love it, though.

Ice is just a sad fact of skiing in the east lol. All this talk is getting me way too pumped for ski season. If you get a chance, check out this movie. Mostly skiiers in it but any winter sports person will appreciate it.

I always feel out of control on one board, and I can't stand having a blindspot.

I'm sick of being 2 hours away from any competition...it ****ing sucks. This shouldn't even be allowed I mean **** bob and them started this sport 40 minutes away from my house. You think there would be some people playing up here....

i got a brand new rome setup last season, and it is a great ride, just was a little bit freestylish for the big mountain shredding.
