Have you guys ever thought of making a second team that plays maybe d4 or even higher? I believe dynasty and a couple other pro teams do this.

Not to be mean or anything but that question has been asked about 30 times. The answer they gave was that they have an entire league (foXball) to scout local talent. And of course there are other reasons why they have not had another lower team, which can be found by reading back threw this thread a little.

revo is the big name around my homefield, you just played them this past weekend, do u think they have pro potential?

Absolutely. they are a great group of guys and have a lot of the tools in place to be pros one day. they have a coach, which may seem small but having a central person calling the shots is important for team chemistry. they are young so they are all eager to play and have a lot of time to develop into great players. the most important reason is because they came to practice to LEARN! when they were not on the field they were watching our games and how we were exploiting sides. they asked questions on how we were shooting them out of spots and how we were getting our guys into spots. having productive practices where you take your lumps but learn as much as possible is what you need every practice to make the move up the ladder. it was honestly a pleasure to play with those guys this past weekend.

our game plan going into the ironmen was to stay agressive no matter what happened. (its funny that aggressive happened to be our key to victory on the webcast) we were trying to push the snake, the X and the dorito side in all of our game plans. we were also trying to make sure that as our guy made an aggressive move we were covering the lanes around him so that he could stay alive. getting eliminations on the brake really helped us stay agressive.

That's so cool, thanks for giving such a detailed response! Do you find that when matty and the other guys calling the webcast Criticize you, are you able to use that to help your game or not?

Yes. I think the webcast not only grows the sport externally but internally as well. It is great to be able to review footage of your own team and others and even better to be able to here the criticism from people who really know paintball. We try to make every criticism constructive.

Have you guys had any more clinics lately, or plan on having any more ? or are you just too busy? I have talked to a lot of people hat have asked me about them and I recommended a ton of people.Also heard great feedback from people that did do the clinics already.

Are you guys planning on running the same roster as last years? or making changes by picking up a player or two?

Lately this offseason has been all about players moving to different teams, I'm curious to see/hear how you guys respond to that?

Running the same roster plus we just pick up another local player, Josh Pike. We're looking at rostering 10 this year - waiting on word from one final piece of the puzzle.

Pretty sweet. I remember seeing pike at NCPA last year. ...& about that final piece, care to share the secret?
