My advice to running a team is to make sure your entire roster is paid and has the time off 1 month prior to each event. Set a deadline and make your players pay by that deadline. If they dont have their funds paid in FULL! Then they sit out that tourney. trust me, dont let kids play on the basis of them "Paying you back" Cause they wont. Been there done that.
If certain people are having a hard time coming up with the cash make a payment schedule for them now, so when the event comes they will have enough saved up. Make a team bank account (if you dont already have one)
Also realize if you are in charge you're going to hurt peoples feelings, its inevitable. Your going to step on a few egos in order to get everyone on the same page. Just remember that its only paintball and people get over it.

for everything! Im going over our numbers right now with our bank account and its ****ing awful. I made the mistake of trusting kids to pay me back. So far paintball cost more for me last year than all of my seasons combined.
