The realistic choice would be the latter of the 2. Should only be a couple hours and this is a first thing in the morning type thing. Too bad its a bicycle ride and not a motor bike. Lol

Love for this sport is one of the main reasons I lost weight. I felt incredibly limited by being so out of shape and heavy. Consequences of getting into shape happen. (i.e., lack of social life, not being able to eat junk food, being super moody and of course ex girlfriends that don't understand what you are going through to cut so much weight). Biggest thing is that I have ZERO regrets and would do it all over again to feel as good as I do today.

Reason I don't want to bulk up is because I want to be fast(er). for my size i'm still pretty quick but I can be faster and more explosive. At 165 it's harder to be explosive. Trying to cut out all of foods I'm used to eating is really hard, especially with all of it around me at work and the convenience of it when I'm at work. The best place I can eat around my work is Subway, but even then thats a push to be "healthy". Love for this sport is going to be a big factor if I want to achieve my goals.

Just think to yourself: Am I going to suck dick? Because if I am i'll eat "fill in **** food here" Or am I going to make everyone else suck my dick? Because if I am I'll eat "insert right food here". Game over, you win.

Yee good exchange. Be careful with peanut butter if not on a bulk though, really dense in fats. Good fats, but fats nonetheless.
1 gram of carbs= 4 calories
1 gram of protein= 4 calores
1 gram of fat= 9 calories.

Howdy guys, remember practice is tomorrow. Be there around 8 A.M to set up the field to begin play at no later than 10 a.m. We will be doing a lot of essentials this practice, going over the layout, going over potential break outs and working with people and their jobs they will be doing. I have some warm ups that I think will help get us going in the morning from the sluggishness we experience. Think dynamic stretches not static stretching.

Somewhat. I would cut out the crunches/pushups. Basically you can cut the field into 4 sections. Usually its done on football fields in segments of 25 yards. Basically seperate the field in 4 sections, sprint to one from the starting place, then jog back. Once you reach the starting place, sprint to section 2 which is after 1, which on the field will be probably 15-20 yards or so after section 1, then jog bag. Repeat until you have done the length of the field 3 times. 3 reps. Then start playing 20 minutes after.
I'll save you the science behind why this works. Some of you may say that is too much for a warm up, but you will ALWAYS be better off doing too much work before you train than not warming up at all.

Alright fellas, switch ur guns to semi. Wcps is cancelled. Time to get ready for Vegas. We already have an opportunity to go to a super practice with Tsunami and Tombstone (they're back) as well as work with Thunder on an actual super 7 layout.
As far as this weekend goes lets try to get people out to have a fun day on Saturday.
