alright so i read the rule book the rule book states for a minor to play they have to have expressed written consent from a parent, my question is there a form i need to fill out for that have my parents write a letter wat do i need to do btw im playing vegas if that helps?

there will be a waiver to fill out when you get to the registration booth. fill it out then have the oldest person on the team sign for you. that's what we do every event and we never have a problem.
