rate of fire cap for NPPL?

What is the rate of fire cap for NPPL if there is one? I remember it used to be 15bps but that was a few years ago. I tried to find the rulebook on NPPL's website but could not locate it.

7.06 Marker Velocity and Rate of Fire. Markers may not exceed a maximum velocity of 300 feet
per second or fire over 15 balls per second. All markers must be chronographed at a chrono
station prior to start of each game. See rules 22.02(12), 22.03(6) and 23.04(4).
