nt10 board problem

Went to play today and my brother was putting a new battery in his nt and the (-) negative contact came off the board completely. has anyone else experianced this problem? Tech at the field said theres nothing you can do but try and glue the part back on the board. any info would be helpful thanks

Should be able to solder it back on.

Yes, I have seen a couple teammates have theirs come off as well and they just solder it back on.

If that doesn't work or comes off again, just send it into Dye Precision and they will either fix it for you or give you a brand new board. I've seen them do both.
