Dangerous Power G4?

Alright. I was wondering, could I use a g4 in a tourney since it doesn't have an exact 12.5 BPS Setting. Now I know I may be a newb Oh well. It's worth learning

As long as you put it under 12.5 you should be fine.

Or replace the board, several companies offer a board upgrade for the marker so it can be set to match the tourney specs.

The G4 platform is an awesome marker when you put the A.P.E - Oled rampage board in and add the Tech-t L7 bolt system to it you will be able to play with it in any tournies and any weather conditions.

This guy has the right idea. I know that a lot of people have it set to this, often as a precaution in case their board or the bps counter is off.

You can set the stock DP G4 to 12 bps which is tournament legal.

If you have any DP questions pm me or head to the DP forums and check it out over there.

Yes, tourney limits are just that, limits. 12.5 is the upper limit of what you are allowed to do. In your case, just set it to 12.0 bps.

With the APE aftermarket board, you can set bps in .1 increments, so if you wanted you could set it to 12.1, 12.2, up to 12.5. But the rules are just that you cannot go over 12.5.

I just got a G3 Spec R (very similar to the G4) and I LOVE it. Great tourney gun so you will do just fine.
