How to cap 12.5 bps on a tadao yakuza oled board?

I have a yakuza oled board in my droid and i need to cap it at 12.5 for psp rules. The problem i have is that the fine adjustment rate is in milliseconds. So i just have it capped at 12 right now. How would i get .5 bps in milliseconds? It goes up to a 2.5 millisecond increase

Yes but its in millisecond increments not bps increments, which is the whole problem

Fine rate of fire timing (default 0.0, range -2.5 to +2.5)
Allows fine adjustment of the maximum rate of fire in 0.5 millisecond increments, from -2.5 to +2.5 milliseconds.

ROF of 10ms or 10 clicks is 10BPS

I know this is an old post but the google brought me here so I imagine it will do the same with a lot of other people. The guy above me seems too angry to correctly answer your question. What you need to do is set your gun to PSP Burst, the ROF to 13 BPS, and then set your Fine RoF timing to +2.5 ms. This will show PSP(13) in your little screeny deal but will slow your RoF down to 12.5 BPS. If you try to set it to 12 BPS and use -2.5 ms you end up only shooting 12.3 bps because their programming guy doesn't math well.

Remember, reading is for chumps. Don't ever do it (even manuals).
