inside edge of front tires worn excessively

the inside edge (about 1.5" in) is worn quite a bit on both my front tires. almost looks as if the outside tire is leaning on corners. vehicle is a 2000 HD F-150. any ideas on whats causing it?

I take it you don't rotate your tires very often...

rotating your tires isn't a proper solution and it's pretty obvious his alignment is off if he has camber wear on his tires. i'm not familiar with the suspension setup on that particular truck, but a good starting point would be to have it checked for worn bushings.

okay thanks man. i corner it somewhat hard from time to time, so i had assumed i finally wore something out. ill have to check em. havent necessarily had the alignment checked, only because i didnt feel the need to considering it drives true.

I would think you could have camber issues but still drive straight. If your toe is fine but your camber is off, it could wear like that.

Put it on an alignment rack. IDK if ford used them as late as 2000, but those swing axle front ends are know to eat tires.

Toe in? Get your car aligned, a little bit of toe in and camber will eat tires like nothing

If you are having bad wear on the inside plus you are getting waves in your tires then it might also be struts. Just had to replace that on my car.

Otherwise, alignment like everyone else is saying.
