Sacc #2?
Lets try to get this event set up in the next week or so so that everybody has plenty of time to plan. Hopefully we can get more teams to turn out.
As far as the date, how does everyone feel about Nov. 12th?

Date sounds good. Liberty is having their event the weekend before, and the weekend after is before Thanksgiving break.

Wait do you guys mean the 12th? Because the 13th is a Sunday... or are we playing on Sundays now too? I don't really mind and I think Sundays are better anyway lol.

id like it to be the 19th cuz that would give everyone time off from cup, and then still two weekends to practice.
I know that USF is planning on one of our rec days for the 6th i believe. (have all the tourney guys play with all the newer players out in the woods w/ tippman 98's)
kinda would suck going into a tournament with no practice time.
and what layout are we going to use?

Any objection to doing the 12th? Still gives you two weeks of downtime between Cup and the event.

it DOES NOT work for FGCU it conflicts with four of our 7 players schedules, the last event 3 of our players couldnt attend the event because of the same issue. We would really like to participate in this event but the 12th just doesn't work. What about the weekend of the 5th? Not to sound rude or that we are against the Florida league but if the date doesn't change we are going to instead attend the MSCC event #2 at Liberty University in Virginia. We hope to resolve the issue but we also understand that what works for us might not work for you. We just can't deal with the bulk of our roster missing out on another event.

we should use the world cup layout idk why we wouldnt when it would be the most recent PSP event. Also the 5th would be amazing (so i could play)

No problems with the 12th now.
MAJOR PROBLEMS with the 5th.
are there a lot of teams that have a problem with the 19th? (FGCU???)
regardless of the date, one team is going to have problems with it.

no problems with the 19th here would be the best for us. The 13th would be tough the extra week would help us get finances together.
