Ah, I kind of wish I was in your boat...at least you know you're on point. I went home this weekend...which means diet went to ****. At least 3500-4000 cals a day. Will drop it back down quickly, but I still hate doing something like that. Not having a competition definitely makes it not as bad, though lol.

Home = boredome to me. Boredom = hunger. Don't know why, it's just always been that way. If I'm busy all day long, I can get to the end of the day and realize I've never eaten, and not even feel hunger. The same thing is impossible if I have nothing to do and am just sitting around all day. I'll be hungry the entire time, and if I don't exercise self-control, I'll certainly be stuffing myself the entire time.

Inner fatboy syndrome. Was 40+lbs overweight until I was 15 or so lol.

im bulkin on basically 3700/3200
eventually i plan to up it to 4000/3500, but thats likely as high as i go

estimate macros for cutting:
first week - 3200/2800
second week - 2800/2400
third week - 2400/2000

2400/2000 will probably be lowest i go depending on weight

true, but i find it valuable in retaining as much muscle/mass as possible when cutting, which happens to be a major goal of mine
