Just found God tier Cutting bread at my local Fresh & Easy for $3.50/loaf
It actually tastes better than any real bread I've ever bought.
2F/6C(5 fiber)/ 10P per slice.
BRB killing an entire loaf

I've been been logging my weight and body fat since the 11th. Started counting calories and cutting on the night of the 17th. I've been keeping track with some weight watchers scale I picked up at the mall. Seem accurate?

Are you getting hydrostatic weight testing done every day?
Sounds pretty dope, and expensive...

Though I'm sure his scale probably isn't accurate it should probably give him numbers to track for overall improvement?

That's basically what i'm looking at it as. I weigh myself in the morning right when i wake up and I have pretty consistent eating times/sleep patterns now that i'm out of college. If the scale has a bias or error to it at least I i know it's fairly consistent judging from my first weeks use.

I could probably up my carbs just a tad, salt and sugar are fine. If anything I need to drop fat from what I see. Although i'm not directly tracking it, i'm using the fitness pal app. So far the cals and macros have been matching up well.

reducing carb intake is normally the best way to go at losing body fat %, not reducing the macro nutrient, fat

Terrible . Skipping good food for alcohol calories .
Keep the meal and change what you drink
Mixed drink - gin& tonic .
Or be a man and house an 8 cup of vodka before going out straight that's only 400 calories

Follow Berkhan's drinking protocol once a week and youll be fine. Just avoid too much beer and calorie-laden mixers

Started reading up on IF on the leangains site. Is there anyone that works 8 am - 5pm and works out after or something similar that can list their typical on/off day for me? Not trying to be spoon fed info, but I'm curious to hear from people on here.

You will probably want to start the feast window on your regular lunch break (1?) and than start the fast at 9pm. Or start eating when you gt off work and stop eating just before bed.

I was thinking of the first option. I would just cut breakfast, have a normal lunch, workout after work like usual and have two more meals.
