yet you still complain about getting cals in? Not to mention its not unreasonable to cut without ec, especially at the start of a cut

at least you arent going from 4000 cals to 2500 cals like last time, pump. i am glad that you have learned to taper down

and its not like you HAVE to do LG at the beginning of your cut. why not do a normal cut until you get your cals down to say 3000, then hop on LG so its a lot more reasonable to get 3000 cals in in 8 hrs than 3800

i feels your pain tho pump, i bulked on LG and i will say that i will never do that again. i went a week where cals were 4000-4500 cals a day and it was just ridiculous. by the time i cooked my food, let it cool down, then eat it, 15 minutes later it would be time to eat again. i basically lived in the kitchen that week. it was really miserable honestly

I should have done that

Then I would have actually be able to keep my meals "healthy"

Haven't started cycling carbs yet, don't think I can handleon low carb days till I get below 3000cal.
