Going into super-caloric deficit mode for the next two and a half weeks...this unitard I bought for Halloween is ridiculously tight and I've decided to shave off a bit of fat in order to make it slightly easier to fit into. Likely keeping intake around 2000 calories. I'm at 190 right now, hopefully be around 185 for the big night.
And yes, there shall be pictures.

I guess I started cutting yesterday, had another 850cals to eat but accidentally fell asleep.
Starting at 4000cals, won't be reducing carbs for a while though, cause I don't feel like it.

So hard to not eat the entire thing.

Just ate like 3 servings worth. 600 calories in 6 spoonfulls, haha.
60g of fat 
So, last order I'll be able to put in on BB.com before mail shuts off...this is what I have:
Syntha-6: $0.91 per serving
MusclePharm Combat: $0.83 per serving
ON 100%: $0.71 per serving (5Lbs) and $0.65 per serving (10Lbs).
Trying to cut down before I leave, thoughts?

I found Walgreens. They had Bronkaid, Primatine and Walgreens 12.5 HCL. I got the Walgreens brand...super cheap.

The bronkaid my local giant eagle sells is the stronger formula, you get 24 tabs and each one has 25mg of ephedrine. Since I have a pretty decent tolerance to stims and can't be arsed to cut the pills up, I run the EC stack @ 2 doses a day, 25mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine each.

Bronkaid is sulfate, Primatine/Walgreens is HCL.
IIRC, they are equivalent in Ephedrine strength.

I would suggest ON, with syntha-6 your payng for carbs and fat.

How much Bronkaid/Primatene do you guys go through in a week? I've thought about trying an EC stack at some point, but I have no idea what it would cost me. I could always just do the math, but I don't even know how many tablets come in a bottle, or how much a bottle is.
EDIT: I weighed 200 on the nose today after lifting. I shouldn't have to cut any weight at all for this meet, which is ****ing awesome.
EDIT: Nevermind, was able to do the math. Now I just need to find the prices around here, unless I can find a good online source. May try to get down to 181 for a January meet.

Today I shall go to CVS and see what they charge for caffeine and Bronkaid. They're usually pretty expensive, though, so I will also check out a couple other places tomorrow.
