If y'all are having problems counting macros, use MyFitnessPal or similar programs. They give you a graph that tells you your daily and weekly macro counts based on foot input, as well as calories. It also takes into account the calories you burn from lifting (if you choose to enter those calories), and gives you a macro break down for your weekly intake in terms of saturated fats, cholesterol, etc. I still don't know how to adjust the macro recommendations for the day, but it tells you in percentages how much of your diet consists of what, so that should be good enough so long as you ignore the app's recommendations.

I'm using it on my LG cut right now, and it's a Godsend.

I started writing everything down, using the nutrition facts and CalorieKing.com.

I know you are in a ****ty situation diet wise over in AFG, but if you can get yourself a scale, measuring cups, or anything to measure portions, I'd recommend it. Portions can be tricky to track, and they obviously make a big difference when trying to count calories.

I used to use a notebook before I had the luxury of using my phone. Good luck on macros, man. It really is the servings that's the tricky part.

A scale... that is a novel idea. Any recommendations?

I thought it sounded stupid to ask but I ment like it wouldn't cancel out calorie burning at the gym and also because I've been going harder the last few times and I've about thrown up every time haha.

you really shouldnt have two sausages every day its not the most nutritious meat try steak. I usually eat my meals like only a half hour till an hour before my workout so your good.. as far as puking that just happens when you do crazy stuff but try not to because that takes away from the food you ate

So... here's the macro breakdown for my off/rest day:

Pro 264.9
Carb 119
Fat 116.8

CAL 2826

Most carbs are from my shakes and from breakfast (had some oats + whey).

Right now about 172-4 (varies, obviously).

Not about a target weight, it's about a target BF (I'm shooting for ~12%). I have a bit of a gut (although for some reason, I'm used to flexing my abs constantly). When I let it out, my near-visible abs disappear.

Last Mon 12/1 weighed in at 285, this Mon 12/8 weighed in at 276..

Doing 4 day splits, chest/tri, back/bi, legs/abs, shoulders and 30 min cycling/30 min stair climber each day (except leg day is cycling only)....... taking a rest day (cardio only) if I feel I NEED it.... No off days.

Upping my calories 300cal/day to prevent too much muscle loss. Hoping for 5lbs lost next week
