i likes it, imo i saw slightly faster/better progress, although i was at a higher deficit each day because of the fasting. Gonna keep doing IF until the end of the month.

One thing to remember, too, is that we have a skewed viewpoint of what is and isn't in shape. I looked like **** for warped tour and still had multiple people comment on how "shredded" I was.

shredded = muscular, with low bf
jacked = big af
holy ****in **** you are big = lurker
cot dam son = very few people in my gym

there are several people in my gym that look like they lift, 90% of them are within 5 years of my age tho

just nobody at my gym that im like "gahhhhd dam, thats my goal physique now"

provided you're not on the gear, iirc, protein intake is adequate between 1.8g/lb - 2.2g/lb of body weight

Last time I weighed in I was 275.. don't really have a goal I want to get to. But the program I'm on goes for another 5 weeks, then I may repeat it. Hoping to get to a really shredded 250.. lightest I've ever been was 240 and I looked emaciated

Haven't posted in a while... 191lbs today. Down from ~260ish. Bulk is in the very near future. Lost a little strength along the way due to a 1200 deficit, but it's worth it.

That is accurate if your are trying to gain muscle AND are around 10% body fat.. if you are over that you don't need as much protein..
