Did you take some time off lifting since last bulk? Back injury by any chance?

Was expecting to see higher numbers after a bulk at 5000K.

Not trying to be negative, just seems odd.

injury freeeeeee babyyyyy

the 4500-5000 was my peak, i did that for about a week, realized it was way to much ****in work and started tapering down cals from there to go into cutting

and its all good brah, there are many a things i would have done differently from bulking in the spring that i will attempt to put into place when i begin bulking in the fall

and its not a secret i am not strong for my weight either

That just seemed like way too much food, even if you had an extremely fast metabolism.

I was eating 5000/4600 toward the end of last bulk, and was miserable most of the day. I couldn't imagine trying to do it within an 8hr, I was struggling to get it in within 16hrs.

You might want to go into your account and change your password next time you're on your laptop to something you remember.

thanks for the encouragement

I'm feeling really motivated to get down to visible abs for the first time in my life. I'm also with you for cardio, which for me is mostly running. I figured out the interval setting on the treadmill at the gym, so I can now control it with one button press. Makes doing sprint intervals a lot easier, rather than trying to hold the speed up/speed down buttons the whole time.

I can even set a change in incline if I want to do simulated "hill sprints". Should be fun to play with.

Been running at a deficit on off days and maintenance on. 3000 cals on training days (High carb), 2100 on off days (high fat). Off days = 250-275g protein, on days = 300-350g protein. Lose some belly fat, right?

Brb up 5lbs

dat protein. Who cares about weight as long as you are seeing changes in the mirror.

EC stack is ****ing magic though. Not even at full dose and Im never unreasonably hungry, even after fasting ~20 hours consistently

uhhh would depend completely on your caloric goal and if you want to cycle carbs or not. give me a calorie # and a yes/no carb cycle and i can whip up an example of what i would do

Well, according to my BMR- I burn approximately 2554 calories a day, as of lately. Maybe more because I work so much, and it's a labor type job. idk.

I would like to gain about 5 more lbs and I'll be really happy. I do not know the importance of cycling carbs or not, however.

protip - you probably want to carb cycle at least to some degree.

you say you want to gain 5 more lbs? do you mean lose? this is the cutting thread and you're asking about cutting macros lol

if so, and your maintenance is ~2500 then i'd set my goal probably to 2000kcal/2200kcal for lifting and rest days respectively.

something like this:

lifting days - 200g pro/65g fat/200g cho
rest days - 200g pro/100g fat/75g cho

edit: those are approx. cutting macros like you requested, not sure why you're asking about that if you're bulking though.
