was very weird eating today, timing was very weird

broke fast with 2 scoops if myo

couple hours later had meal 1

-footlong tuna on wheat from subway

meal 2, waited till like 9:30 - 10 so i could have a somewhat full stomach when i sleep

-1.25 lb chicken
-1.5 cups of CTC


todays totals

80f/156c/210p

shouldnt have got subway, could have ate better by less fat, but still not a bad day

well if he's cutting wouldn't he want to avoid it then? if you're cutting it's easiest if you're not always hungry so filling up with carbs and protein (less calorically dense foods) wouldn't that be smarter than eating more fat? it's not like jew fro is neglecting fat entirely, he still has a decent amount in his diet.

If you want to cut wrong yes.

That would be like well protein by weight is generally the hardest macro to run a caloric surplus on since 4oz of chicken or beef will only get you 24 grams of protein where I blow through that in carbs in no time even healthy ones like potatoes or cereal. So I mean you can worry about caloric deficits and surpluses all you want but unless you run a deficit with good macros you will likely end up skinny fat or losing a great deal of muscle from inproper dieting.

I feel while you are lean you sometimes have less than good advice to give when it comes to cutting, read something like this and maybe you will have better aspect on how each macro plays a roll:
