When you order from Empire the order gets filled by a retailer. Shopatron should have sent some type of email letting you know the name and contact info for the retailer that is filling it. Contact them.

the more i look at the shape the more i CANNOT believe that the problem with wedged paint has not been recognized by any tester until now??
Seems very clear to me, that you need at least the radius in the front of the diameter of a paintball?

Pro teams have been using this loader for some time (as well as the testers) and it must not have been a big enough concern to warrant a redesign. Users of the old 200 round nose cone would experience the same thing. The difference here with the Z2 is that you can remove the nose cone while the loader is still on the gun to free any paint.

I don't see it being a problem unless your paint gets warm or soft. Cool paint inherently won't get wedged, even putting some force on it, I don't think.

Didn't appear to be that way. My buddy used it with fresh formula13, it happened to me with ultra evil, and the store who wanted to test it out.

That sounds irritating. In that stupid and unnecessary kind of way. My first though then is to just glue/tape a little strip of foam to pad the nose.

I changed my mind. I dont like these anymore. has way too much flex. my gun has a tight *** feedneck and just trying to get it on i feels like im about to rip it apart. wish the feedneck was part of the outer shell.

Yes, it's much lighter, profile is wayyy better, easier to take apart/put back together by a long shot and like others have said the ability to take the front off while it's still on the gun is pretty awesome.

Well... no i am not that crazy about that hopper anymore
Looked at some pics that were taken in Vienna last weekend.
Nicky Cuba was guesting there for a team and was playing with the Axe AND the prophecy Z2 first, but after some points he switched to the Rotor.
I think the product will bring a lot of problems with the first batch and unfortunately i will have them too for sure !
How can it be that this hopper has been tested for more than 6 months now and still has his probs?

The only problem I've seen is the diagnostics not being ran before I received mine and to my knowledge I am the ONLY ONE out of the thousands sent out that has had this problem. Simon called me up personally and walked me thru my problem via skype and told me that all you have to do is run the diagnostics as mentioned earlier in the thread and you will be using the best hopper on the market, I did so and it works flawlessly now with no hiccups.

You're gun doesn't have an adjustable feedneck?

It's probably just not adjustable enough. I broke my first Prophecy feedneck on my NT because the adjustment screw was so coarse that it was too loose and then so tight it broke the neck. I know others have done the same thing. That's not really Empire's fault though, and most gun companies you can clam your loader in and then adjust the neck tension with a set screw (Dye is the only clamping design I can think of that does not have a set screw to make fine adjustments with, at least not on the newer guns).

The feedneck on your gun will snap like a twig long before you even put a dent into the feedneck on the new Z2. I've never seen a feedneck on a hopper as sturdy as the Z2's

Yes the feedneck is sturdy as **** but notice how it said the shell isn't part of the feedneck so it flexes like crazy when I try to put the feedneck on. Problem remedied a bit by sanding down the feedneck.
