So I played with my sp1 blackheart today, Unfortunately I only got arround 700 shots before I needed to change the 9v battery. I was using the eyes and I was turning it off between games. I was using rayovac alkaline 9v batteries. I did use the same battery a few days earlier for about 50 shots in the back yard, but I immediately removed it afterwards. Is it normal to be getting only 600 shots? I must say I was disappointed when I needed to change the battery after only a game or two. (I had alot of old paint to get rid of )

Energizer, Duracell and good rechargeables are the only things we recommend.

I always use lithium 9v batteries.

I use Rayovacs, but change them every gameday. Havent had an issue yet

Use good batteries...Rayovacs are no good
