1up kids was annoying too for the most part...that ****in hobo kid that hung around/played with em and stole ppls **** all the time.  I didn't know sniper force or FYT but I heard of them. Nothing I remember.
I loved the sandbag tourneys there lol...like a whole team of pros just wearing other jerseys
90 correspondence courses done...I'm done with that.

Went up to pikes peak today finally. besides the fact that it cost 10 dollars to go and too long to drive up it, was a fairly cool view. Their "world famous donoughts" werent too impressive but want to shoot the sky because it started flurrying.

**** NTC. **** JRTC. People make them out to be "great training", when all it is is a chance for boot officers to practice making decisions.
Give me one week, a big hill, a 100yd range, and an empty house or two. I'll give a squad better training than the million-dollar **** they get at NTC.

My BC left my PLT on top of a hill during a severe storm at NTC. It went from training mission to just survival. PPL got blown into C-wire, I got taken out from a flying piece of plywood. Hit me flat on the back and still knocked me out with plates in. BC said nope, leave em up there. My 1SG left with trucks 10 minutes later.
To put things into perspective we left the .50's setup in position on top of the hill and bounced.

Im not looking forward to jrtc. Not sure how leaving a post thats in the mountains to train for afghanistan in Louisiana works out but whatever. Just hoping my new PL knows how to handle himself unlike our last one. Who left our only 240b gunner and black man on a mountain and got us lost on a 4k movement (made us walk an extra 6k).

Do you guys just shove **** into your duffels/rucks for packing lists or do you fold ****?
Also, where do you keep your other pair of lenses during missions n ****? Change of clear is in my cargo pocket 'cause I don't wanna carry the bigass eyepro case around but I'm trying to think of a safer/less annoying place for them.
Going to the range tomorrow to shoot just about everything we have over here.. since my SAW is broken and I've got a mossberg 500 I filled my SAW pouches with a bunch of food.. big *** gatorade in each of my 200rd pouches.. yeah i've got my 2L camelback but that ****'s last resort..

We roll and fold all of our stuff because if there is a packing list, there is a Nazi style layout that is usually timed. Everything has to be perfect, or we will come in on Saturday and do it. PL thinks it helps with attention to detail.
I still dont think a perfect layout is going to help me find bombs.
