Need help with the bolt sleeve

So I blew the o-ring on the inside of the bolt sleeve. Half of it is still inside the channel but I can't get it out. Are there any tips to replacing this o-ring?

curved oring pick, dental pick is the correct tool. You might be able to jimmy it out with a toothpick, paperclip, or allen wrench if you can't find/buy an oring pick.

Probably going to need an o-ring pick to fish out the o-ring parts. Might want to get a plastic one - I believe that O-ring Monkey sells them. If you use a metal pick, be very careful not to scratch the inside of the sleeve.

Thank guys, I got it out by putting pressure on it with my finger and using a pencil to slide it out. But how would i go about putting it back in?
