If you don't have the manual w/parts list yet, it is posted over at M Carter Brown's site:

To my complete amazement, the Wayback Machine site has an archived version of the old Ariakon site available. It looks like the support and forum areas are intact as of about May 2008:

You can slide back in time a bit there if you hit brick walls.

This may at least help you (and a lot of us) troubleshoot things...
