The Microtel Inn is only 2.5 miles from the field. 2 queen beds for $70.51 including tax, but they offer a group rate if you get more than 9 Rooms. So, we could get them even cheaper

The group rate idea sounds like a good one, but I know for sure that ECU won't be able to participate in it, just based on how we have to manage our money through the school. |

I was thinking the head of our conference could call up there and let them know we plan on having so many teams and so many rooms per team under the NCPA (the organization) but each team should still be able to pay for there rooms separate
