Man I love how consistently disappointing Lupe Fiasco is. Also, how he tries to be political and a revolutionary but still beats around the bush and ultimately shy away from saying anything that might not be okay with his label and PR person.
Young Buck either makes real dumb decisions or just has real bad luck. IMO, he's got a lot of talent but every time he gets some momentum he ends up staying stagnant.

I agree. Lupe isn't doing it like he used to anymore.
he raps like he got hit in the head by a trashcan after he made 'the cool'
trash
edit- 50's tape was also garbage. I dont know how u show promise with big ten then revert back to that

That being said, I'm still seeing Lupe on sunday. But I'm not going for Lupe, I'm going because the price of entry is worth it to see KRIT alone. Raekwon and Ghostface will be sweet, and there are a few other artists I want to see.
I'll probably beat the traffic by leaving before atmosphere gets on stage though.
DJ Drama talks so much **** in every song too, it's like damn dude you are an OK DJ but there is a reason you aren't rapping on the tracks. You suck, so stop yelling about how you call yourself Dramansion, or in a particular Yo Gotti song he changes his name to "thanks", or Barack Odrama. Seriously, die dude.

chill dogg. haha funny. but for real though what are mixtapes? all marketing. drama's just marketing his brand, his name. and the dudes a ****ing genius when it comes to it. his samples are so recognizable. the only other mixtape dj i can think of with nearly as much success as drama is don cannon. both those dudes made it in a very unconventional way.
i understand it can be a lil annoying, but that's always been a part of mixtapes. even when dudes were handing that **** out on the streets. a mixtape is almost a journey facilitated by the dj. its not supposed to be clean, thats what albums are for.
I don't mind it usually anymore. Years ago, a lot of the drops were bad and always too loud. But now it seems like most DJs have it down. I do really hate Don Cannon's "The Cannon Cannon" drop though..
I think Evil Empire, DJ Holiday and DJ Scream are the best off the top of my head with drops and other stuff.

really hopes this GOOD/YMCMB beef sets off soon. if Wayne coming right out and saying "**** pusha t and anyone who love em" on twitter doesn't spark it fully I dont know what will
would be cool if kanye brought back real beef tho. could def see some cool tracks coming out of this beef if it doesnt stay exclusively on twitter. maybe wayne would actually drop a decent verse.
Beef on tracks is kind of gay. Like **** talkers on Facebook.

I wish this deat upon every DJ that feels they need to introduce themselves on every song of a mixtape
