As many people in the area may know there has been some filming going on at off Limits paintball. Starting soon there will be more. There will be a Reality show filmed out there. One of the things that will come of this is a charity tournament.
The executive producer of the show is Melissa Caudle. She has worked on shows such as "The little couple." and "Girls Next Door".
This tournament that goes on during this time will be filmed for television. This is a great opportunity for those with sponsors to show off their sponsors, for those without sponsors to maybe get some attention, and those who want to play on TV to play on TV.
All of the Details are still being worked out, but I do know that the tournament is scheduled for November 19. The deadline to register will be Friday, Nov 18.

2 classes (beginner and open)
dates: november 19.
registration: early registration opens the 26th of september. Early registration is open. sign up early and save some money.
schedule:
The tournament will be one day.
captains meeting will be 7 am on sat november 19
games will start at 7 30 am.

CP barrels
Tippmann Guns
Dye Apparel
AXBL entry fee to one event.
If you have anyone on your team under the age of 18 you will need to go to www.offlimitspaintball.com and download a waiver. Print it out and have their parents sign it. anyone else can fill one out the day of but if you have it ahead of time it will expedite the whole process.

The pricing is still being decided. the charity and the production company still have to meet to come up with a final price. pricing will be available sometime next week.
There will be a beginner division (and this does mean beginner) and an open class.
anybody is welcome to play open class, nobody is allowed to play down.

Seeing as it's psp rules, I'm going to assume airball, but I guess it could be sOmewhere else. I hope if it is xball, they throw up a new field, but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't
the fields will be decided according to turn out. There will definately be air ball. Then move to the others as needed. most likely the hyperball field would be the field taken in after the airball field.

It will be on Airball. It may just also take in another field or so. We planning on doing it big. Hyperball is classic too. If we were to take in the other fields we would see that rotations were even and make sure that one team doesnt have to play one field all day. It is all still in the works. As soon as I know 100% on a detail I will let everyone know and I will post it in the intial post.

That's what tour ament players are obviously going to think. The problem is, the producer could care less what tournament players want. The show isn't trying to legitimze tournament paintball. They want to show viewers drama and a mix of what paint all is. I'm happy to see the tournament is at least on no wooded or concept fields. Viewers are entertained by woods as much if not more than air ball fields I would imagine. And the show is from the owners perspective. I'd lve to have an awesome ball tournament as much as yal would, just thinking through the reality of it.
