Hate to be this guy...but, treating people to their knowledge level is kind of hard when you cant make a coherent sentence or use periods, commas and the correct "their" (there, their, they're etc).
Ive recently been to the store multiple times since my return to CA. And Ive been greeted and treated the way a customer should. Ive only been paintballing since 2005, and have been coming to ANS since it was at the previous location next to Fat Burger (on Tapo I think). I find that the customer service has gone up quite a bit. I would suggest speaking directly to them about your issue, they are usually quick to resolve these problems.
And as for the late shipping, try contacting them via the online chat service, usually they hook you up for their mistake. Hope the issue gets resolved.
