Am ordering solenoid valves, anybody want in?

OK tinkers....
We're still waiting on the Skinner valves so I've got to order more Humphrey 401 and 301 valves.
If you want to get in on the order, you'll need t olet me know.

Prices are:
$65 shipped for the 401(4-way)
$60 shipped for the 301(3-way)

These are inline valves and take fittings directly on the body of the valve which makes them very convenient for conversions and tinkering.
I'll be ordering them with 5 volt coils, so that's what you'll be getting.
If you want in, let me know by the end of this week.
Payment can be made via PayPal(best) or money order made out to me.

You say that fittings will screw into the bodies. What size fittings will fit? Also, will a regular 9v battery be ok to power the soleniod? Which solenoids are better, the skinner or the ones that you are ordering? Another question pertaining to your e-phantom. Does the long tube length from the solenoid to the piston couse any problems(lag time or limit your ROF) Thanks, hope you can answer my questions.

they take #10-32tpi fittings.
A 9volt will work fine as long as you don't hold the valve on for longer than 200ms or so. Beyond that you run the risk of buring out the coil.
Both the Skinners and the Humphreys are great valves.
They are very similar in size and shape, the Skinner being about 1mm smaller all around.
I've used the Humphreys a lot, and after 40 or so valves used, I've had 3 bad ones that were rejects from the factory. Those were replaced by Humphreys so all's well.
