"Where force is necessary, there it must be applied boldly, decisively and completely. But one must know the limitations of force; one must know when to blend force with a maneuver, a blow with an agreement."

Also, there are 2 big events left. I figure we can do one or the other.
NPPL Las Vegas. November 11-13th
PSP World Cup. October 20th-23rd
Let's choose one and make it happen. (If enough people want to do both, we may be able to do both, but it will be tough, they are close.)
I'm going to need everyone to give me their APPA info, I'm building a database/spreadsheet with everyones info (I can get it at the field) We will be opening a team bank account and receipts will be emailed out to people. I like being organized when it comes to stuff like this.
I'll go over the details at the field as well.
I want everyone to have fun, but I also want to see players grow as players (And people)
There will be a strike policy... If you are apart of this team, you pay your part of the team items. Whether that is paint, entry, gear, etc... YOU are responsible for that. If there are 8 practices before an event, and you show up to 3, do not expect to get the same playing time as the people who showed up to 8... But FULLY expect to pay the same amount to be there.
We are all on the same level, there are no superstars, there are no MVPs. We are all starting at zero and building up from that. I dont mind if you miss a practice here or there, but I expect a valid reasoning for it. If someone dies, I want proof. If someone is in the hospital, I want proof... That may sound a bit harsh, but I've seen people use those excuses to get out of doing something... multiple times... The same "aunt/grandma/cousin/etc" died about 4 times... all without an obituary in any of the local newspapers... and trust me, I looked...
Trust is going to be a big thing. On that field, I trust that you will do your job and not deviate from it unless your coach tells you to. If your job is to run to the A and just shoot the D side of the field and keep them from moving out, I 100% expect that you do that and only that UNLESS your coach tells you to move/do something else. And if he does, and you don't listen, may someone have mercy on you, because I sure as hell won't. Blame him for a bad call, but LISTEN TO HIM.
I wont make people run laps or do stupid drills, since I don't want to do them myself... lol
