Here's mine
Nova 700, Shortened shroud, Nickel plated 11" barrel, ICD 45 grip block, Dye stickies. Kill Zone large flame drop forward, matching Heavenly body tank with nickel plated On/Off valve.

Since there is a shortage of MAYHEM pictures in the PGI group.... 
This is a stock setup, vertical, v1 mayhem, with a v2 regulator (though the v2 regulator is the same on the outside).

Here's Mine
My set-up is....Blue (for now)SuperNova # 002-0751 Shortened w/ custom end cap
Home made DF & Foregrip
Air through grip
Stock & Sniper barrel (both are ported, but I don't think it makes a big difference)
20 oz tank ( I average 13-1400 shots per tank)
Diablo Midnight, Bigball have worked well lately
Smoke 9V Revy (3/4" copper 45 deg. "street" elbow).69
Still needs the pencil thing once in a while
I got it stock & leaky off EBay for $125.00
