Mag Fed in Ohio??

Hey guys, I am really wanting to get into mag fed. I am converting my A5 or an X7 to mag feed or might just buy Milsig marker (I haven't decided yet) but, my only concern is the amount of people who actually play mag fed. I am just curious as to how many people in the Ohio area actually do this. I realize I will probably be playing with mostly hopper fed until I go to an actual "mag feed only" scenario. But I'm alright with that for now

So let me know if you have seen any people using mag fed at your field or if you do let me know who are you and where you play!

There is a Milsim team at Blastzone in Middletown, and I think some of them play magfed there. They would be on the other side of the state from you though.

No, cause I wouldn't want to pay that much for first strike. I honestly wouldn't use first strike. Paying that much more just doesn't seem worth it to me to shoot a little straighter and further.. I mean I have a flatline.. that's good enough for me

Three Rivers Paintball in Freedom, PA might have a little bit of that. It might be 1.5-2 hour drive for you, but that's just a suggestion.

I'm north of columbus. Ill be getting a magfed soon. All I've heard of is a magfed game that bounces the midwest states. It was in ohio in 2012 I think. I also believe its in kentucky this year. Best chance for a ohio magfed game is to get friends to buy some too.

It just isn't a hot commodity. It's expensive and pretty limited.

I play magfed at times, great way to make a case last a whole day, where you can blow through it if you use regular hoppers.

I play with both a Tippmann A-5 when I want to rain paint, and then my Tippmann TCR when I want to use less paint. Both are amazing markers. And I use magfed verses everything else. So I'm often up against speedballers or teams of speedballers.

It is really fun! I have a ton of videos on my channels showing my TCR or my magfed 98 custom in action. I also have a Tipx. There are a BUNCH of magfed players at my local field (paintball Country).

Check with SAS as lots of those guys play magfed. (I'm a member as well).

I run both magfed and hopperball. I tend to stay with Mech markers either way. (My M17 CQC is probably one of the easiest markers I've ever had to tech that I've owned.)

I'm from up north, Norwalk (I know it's not northeast OH but hey closer than some. LOL)

I'm in Columbus, and always looking for magfed games within few hours of here.

I've got a couple TiPXs, a couple MkPs, a T9.1, a Milsig Para Lite, and a magfed Tactical Trilogy.
