paintball is only dead if you say it is. And I'm pretty tired of complains without any action at all. If paintball is dead, then I'm just straight confused as to how my bills have been paid these past few years...
I had one of my busiest years ever, attendance was up, spent time teaching kids, encouraging new players, expanded my field and was running/organizing events. (we even got a congratulations for our hard work from dye at world cup).
[quote]Looks as if bc paintballs taking a dive ?! Jump ship to Alberta boys and come play some xball woop woop/QUOTE]
and I'm sorry for the price of a plane ticket, or the time spent driving to alberta, id rather spend my money/time on an international event like hb or vegas as theres things to do other than paintball. No offence to those who live in alberta, but it's not exactly a tourist destination. Telling us to drive 15 hours is a weak solution for the 200+ speedball players in the gvrd.
For those who haven't pegged bc paintball as being worthless, We will be running a 4-5 event series next year. We already have a few big industry sponsors on board. Website is underway, all we need is a name for this new league. If you want to play i strongly encourage that you attend, but if you want to just complain on the internet I'm sure someone will make a league for that soon too.
