My Sentinel TS Skyline

I bought this gun ta use as a begginer gun, and the second time I ever used it the spring in the trigger feel out. Prior to that, the gun wouldnt cock back, before the spring fell out, it had the hardest trigger pull. It wasn't that accurate either. I'm glad i I bought my BKO. HUGE improvement from that thing. Maybe it was just mine, maybe mine was defective or something.Maybe it was because it was the one of the first batch made. The number on the side of the marker says:1,832. So, I'm guessing that means it was one of the first made. I'm not complaining, just warning those who might wanna buy one.

Which spring fell out? The trigger or the sear spring?

The one in the trigger, to make the trigger come back to its original position. I replaced it with a rubberband, and it works now. I was using today.

If your having problems with it, let Action Markers know, i'm sure they will have you send it to them so they can find out what happened, make sure it doesn't happen again on other markers, and fix yours.

I'm 99% sure.

:S how the hell does that spring fall out if you dont have the frame out screwing with it? If you send it in to AM they'll give you the performance sear as they fix the gun, and more importantly give you a new valve pin. Depending on whether you're running co2 or nitro, either way you likely need it. If it wouldnt recock then it wasnt getting enough pressure, so ur velocity was screwed too far in or gas wasnt feeding good. My gun is 001653 and it works fine (granted i have sent it in and done some of my own work on it ^.^)

I run HPA through it, and it works now, and i dont know how the spring fell out, but it did. Right in the middle of a game. And i'm getting alot of blow back.. if it means what i think it means. the bolt is firing twice. shooting two balls when i pull the tirgger instead of one.

Thats not blowback lol. I had the same problem. If you got nitro, set the velocity over a chrono and see if that helps. If not, take out ur valve pin and have a peek. if its the longer one, then ur screwed! JK. I just sent mine in to ernest (who isnt on these boards, btw) and he was kind enough to give me a new drive spring and the low pressure pin ^.^ that rocked. And it got rid of the blowback. yay.

When you can feel some air come up the vertical feed tube when you fire, some people test is by putting a tissue over tyhe feedtube, hold it down tight. Fire, and if it breaks you have way to much blowback.

Anyway, call up AM and send it to them. I'm sure they will be happy to fix it for ya.

Blowback is air coming up through the feed neck.

I have Senti no. 001319. Never had a prob with it. Actually, I have noticed two things, one is that the first game I went to play, I tried to fire right off the break and it wouldn't shoot. Apparently I did not push the safety button all the way. The other is sometimes the bolt comes back but won't fire, this was temporarily fixed by manually pulling the bolt back all the way. (Making sure it is fully cocked) Other than that it's pretty accurate with the stock barrel

Fryloc,

The problem with the bolt that you describe was cured when we went to the performance sear. If you don't have one already, you might want to give us a call and get one in your marker.

It also decreases the trigger pull so that you can fire faster!

I was in the store Tuesday (?) and talked to Jason about it. When I get a job (any openings?) I wil get the new sear and the lp kit all at once and go nitro.

Just so happens the first time I was out with it there was a guy there with a blue and silver Sentinel (just like mine) with an AM jersey.
