Sore necks?
Just finished a week of snowboarding and ive got a major sore neck
Any ideas on why an how to get rid of it?

use ice hot to get rid of it and use soft pillows when you sleep

hahaha, i used to get a sore neck as well.
Incase your wondering, its because your looking in a single direction the whole time. Left if your reg, right if your goofy

What? No its because you are looking over your shoulder the entire time. Side your neck is twisted for so long it stretches a bit. It will go away in like a week.
