Ego 7 with virtue board

Hey guys I have been playing paintball for awhile now and I finally got a better gun then the spyder sitting around.... I bought a used Ego7 with a virtue board.

Now the fun starts and I am having trouble with the gun already..... I just wanted to pick some minds on here. When I pull the trigger there seems to be a sufficient delay from when the ego actually fires. Am I missing some sort of setting?

Here is a video of whats going on:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8sv7m6fG1bw

I changed out the battery, took the gun apart just to see whats going on and I came up with nothing

Thank you in advance

Thats normal. Your eye mode is set on force which means if your eyes are on and you hold down the trigger for 1 second it will bypass and shoot. There is noting wrong with your ego!

Also try the Planet Eclipse forum. They are sure to someone that knows everything and anything about the ego.

If your board has both optical and microswitch sensors for the trigger, it could be set to optical. When you trip the microswitch and hear the click, that's not when the marker actually fires.

This, turn your eyes off and see if that fixes your problem.

Both of these. If your eyes were on and working, then thats a forced shot when you hold the trigger for 1-2 seconds. Try throwing some paint in there, or turning the eyes off to dry fire.
