Where to play near the valley?

What's up friends?

I moved here last year from Northern California and am looking into getting back into the sport after a few years hiatus. I've played XPSL, WCPPL, and NPPL and would prefer to only play speedball. My question is what are the best fields to get some walk-on games near the valley? I have no team to play with so keep that in mind.

Thanks!

There arent any fields in the valley unfortunately so your going to do a 30-50 min drive. If your looking for speedball, i would recommend, Ambush in moorpark, Stryker in ventura county, or Warped in Castaic. They normally have great turn outs at those fields and pretty nice speed ball set ups.

Jeez. Is that with or without air? What are prices at Warped, Stryker and Ambush?

thats with air. apparently air and admission are 37$ then another 45$ for 1600 balls, not even a full case.

I havent been to stryker or ambush yet so i would not know, Warped i believe is 20-25$ for self equiped, byop and field paint.

Only store in the valley is critical in northridge off of Tampa an Business center drive (between Parthenia and the rail road). Or you can make a drive to simi valley to ANS gear off First st.

I live in the valley, I usually go to California Paintball Park in Castaic or Ambush in Moorpark.

As for stores, closest one is Critical in Northridge, but I prefer taking a lil further drive to ANS in Simi as they seem to have alot more stuff in stock.

if youre looking to play speedball dont waste your time or money at cpp or warped, cpp has terrible prices and the staff are disrespectful and only care for your money not your time. Hit up ambush in moorpark glenn who owns warped owns ambush they just extended their speedball field. if youre looking for a strong team to ball with and climb the ranks head out to Sc Village and play with Los Angeles Collision!

Stryker, warped, ambush is $25 self equipped. Stryker sells Empire and Valken paint! They sell field, mid and tourny of each brand!

Ya dont go to CPP. Ever since Giant tactical sportz bought them out they have been digging their own grave since nobody gives a rats *** about the sport or the fun for people coming to their park. Stay away from HSP and CPP unless you enjoy getting it in with the refs

When you guys say CPP do you mean California Paintball Park or Camp Pendleton Paintball? Only reason I ask is because 10-15 years ago Camp Pendleton's website was similar to cppaintball.com or something like that and it's always confused me as a returning player.

CPP is California Paintball.

On PbNation I usually see Pendleton referred to as CP or Camp P.
