oh and no one can top my ****ty day. I missed Staff by .15

Any reason why my medal didnt show on this cycle? i got it before i tested...1 point would have made a big difference :/

If you were awarded the medal before the beginning of the official testing cycle it should be eligible. If that is the case you might look into talking to MPF to make sure.. might be worth a lot of money.

i checked, it wasnt awarded before 31MAR2011 so it wont take effect until next year...**** ME!!!

On my last tour they tried to call me Sloth (no story... I guess I look like sloth from the goonies

)

so gay... I really dont look like him at all. The 3IC had the lazy eye and head shape to be called sloth

guy in my squadron missed master by .33 making him the number 1 non selectee in his AFSC

have them do a records review. it isn't over until it's over so to speak.

yea, they are going to request a manual recount/rescore. I just dont understand how it says i scored higher than 80% of eligibles in on my PFE and SKT. they promoted at roughly a 43% rate for my AFSC(119 eligible, 51 promoted)...not sure how I score that and then not get selected. idk. doesnt make sense to me

So anyhoo, last night our Cap'n walks in at like 9pm. Up until about 30mins before that, we had been getting tool boxes prepped for the UCI coming up. I have heard of medals being downgraded, but never upgraded. We submitted me for an MSM thinking that they would downgrade it to an ARCOM.. They told me they are pushing it as a BSM...

I concur. The more a person is embarrassed by, or hates their callsign, the better. Those are always the best/funniest.

Figured I'd enjoy my first day off in a good while (even worked the "holiday"). Get a call at 4pm "Oh, hey...need you to come in from 7-7." ****ers. Next day off is the first weekend of november, which works out because of the paintball event. So instead of 2 days, I'll have the 4th-7th off.

Turtleneck is from when a guy's wife made him get circumcised.

My last deployment there was a guy who was extremely ticklish. One day we were had to attend a squadron function and Ticklemonster decided to try and tickle him just as it got really quiet. The worst part is the ticklish guy didn't laugh at all even after the attacker yelled "TICKLEMONSTER!" Everyone turned around to stare at him and the name stuck.
