that's good. my other problem was I was hoping to never have to use it again, so the incentive to learn it wasn't quite there. It works out well because if I would have done well and continuted with that degree path I'd probably be a developmental engineer right now and be working out some elaboarate plan to kill myself. work should never feel like work and college courses shouldn't be something you dread going to and that was just the epitome of both of those.

I hate you. I'm paying twice that for two bedrooms, two baths(why?), no furniture, mostly old appliances, 2 car garage and landscaping. and the second bedroom is tiny.

I have to wait until after I sign my paperwork to get married though. Its just easier.

Right now I'm a single E-3, I hit two years in October, and in November I'm moving to Korea(everyone lives in dorms there) I get to Mtn Home in January of '13 so that'll be 3 years and 4 months TIS by the time I'm allowed out of the dorms.

if it makes you feel better you probably have more freedom in your current job than I do. I'm chained to a desk for 12 hours a day and if I'm going to be gone for more than 5 minutes I need to tell somebody where I'm going.

at least you've gone places bro...i spent my first 18 months in texas for my long *** tech school(BMT, 6 at sheppard 9 at lackland for OJT) and ive been at andrews since NOV2008...At least i got to deploy though.

my job has devolved to sitting at a desk for 12 hours at a time and having to tell somebody if I'm going to be gone for more than five minutes. oh and if I want to talk to somebody I'm sort of limited to stroking intel people's egos by asking them to tell me about their job. I hate my life. And apparently that incident involving the micromanaging major made it across the way to my boss so I had to give my side of events. It probably didn't look good that I had to laugh a few times because I found her getting worked up enough by it to take it higher a bit ridiculous...

I work at the hospital, im a 4T0X1-Laboratory technician
I dont care for andrews, its too political. Im going to crosstrain when I get the chance because being a lab tech isnt that great either. the only bonus is the area, lots of stuff to do.

the OP should make a list of regulars and what their AFSC/Jobs are. just an idea so newbies and regs a like can see who does what.
