My G5 came with an oring chart in the spare parts container which I thought was nice. Could always do a stick too. Let me know if you need printed media. I run some large scale printers.

And were off! I missed out on a lot in a very short period of time. A sticker sounds like a good idea you could put it in your tool box or in the manual.

Few key points.
We have no sense of creativity.
We have no business name
We have no bolt name
We have no logo.
and you want stickers?
Fine.
And yes. I spelled boltz wrong.. Twice. :|

Omg. Sticker just needs the orings in actual size and the marker the bolt is for. No name, no logo. But would help.

Haha yeah I forgot about that but you definitely need a company name an then everything else should follow from there
I also was thinking like oring sizes on the sticker and not like a dye sticker or something along those lines sorry that was my fault I should have explained.

Laminated Card Stock with O ring Diagrams in terms of where it goes on the marker and the actual o ring sizes like oring monkey.
Orings bagged by size. Bags will be marked.
3x rebuild kit included with each bolt.

Food for thought......If you are going to have a card/sheet with actual scaled o-ring sizes - you don't need to take the time to sort out the o-rings by size and have them in seperate bags. Just toss them all together in a single bag. That's what the scaled o-ring chart is for .

more importantly, will the orings be regular standard size orings?

Sorted orings are nicer. And easier to work with. Oring chart can help them if pulling orings from other kits or whatever they already own. It also looks better. I get what you're saying.
Eh.. Not exactly standard... >.>

Having never shot this bolt or seen it, I'm pretty sure this will make the Techt bolt look like a tinker toy.

Well if it took Jonathan making a few comments as well as your thread for them to... *coughs briskly*
Tinker toy or not, they've been doing this for a while.
So has DP.
We're just getting into it. I would not be surprised in the slightest if we have issues. It's nothing against Jonathan (he's a bossly boss), but it's the nature of the beast when you are dealing with markers of difference tolerances and putting your own ideas into paper and have it interpreted and entered into a computer program.
@CA: Some of it is for presentation. It has to look good and be presented in a manner that evokes a notion of high quality and care. Ie: we actually give a **** about our customers so we're giving you some spares cause we personally know how much of a ***** it is when there are problems and you can't get a spare asap. The other part is functional. ie: (what I said) sorted bags are easier to work with plus the oring chart to help. Hell, it can help with people who want to try different thicknesses of orings as well. It's been noted that different thicknesses have helped solve issues in the past/created better performance and seals. So far and by my estimates, it will add about $5 to the cost of the kits. Figure ~$1/rebuild + $2 for the diagrams. We can save $ doing orings ourselves (or liverlip.. but I would feel like a douche), but I am not sure if we can beat that given shipping, timeframes, cost of baggies.. etc.
