I agree, 60% of 4 teams isn't too much
Edit: it is a fair amount. But winner takes all would create a lot more motivation. Probably a lot more aggressive mentality.

well tournaments are made also for a little profit to the field guys!!
60% is more than fair enough for first place
plus we have a new field !!!!!!!!!!!!!
