I am 27 and if you don't remember gaming before Playstation then you missed out on some of the best games of all time. I started playing on my Atari and my parents could only afford 1 game, Frogger. I played the hell out of that game.

Well, to clarify, I REMEMBER games before those systems, but none of them really hooked me on gaming. My mom was also extremely strict, so I never owned any VG system before playstation. In fact, the only two games I could ever play at my house until I was 10-11 were oregon trail and wolfenstein(I'd have to find the keys to the fire-safe box and take it out).

i've been playing games since the atari 2600 but i was little back then so i only played them casually. i used to love king's quest, space quest, police quest, leisure suit larry, the colonel's bequest, codename: iceman, etc. but i wouldn't say i got hooked until super mario bros. i know it's cliche but that's the game i played & played & played & have just wanted more ever since.
I am 28 Yrs old and started gaming @ 12yrs old. First played on the PC were Wolf 3D, Dune , Quake (original) a mod called Team Fortress which really hooked me. Then came along MMORPG's like, Ultima online, Everquest (pre- luclin). I played Diablo 1 - 2... I am hoping the 3rd installment will hold my interest for awhile... Those games are definitely on top of my favorites list.
