Today after everybody qualified at the range, they made us do survival shooting to simulate stressful situations like a gun fight... except they don't tell you the course of fire, you have to remember what it is from every distance and shoot it correctly.
My relay had to do suicides starting at the 25 yard line and go to the 3 yard line, 7 yard, 15 yard, and then when we did the last one and went all the way back to the 25 we turned around and ran to the 15 where we shot that particular distance's course of fire. Then we ran about a 200 yard sprint uphill and back down to the firing line. After that we did 75 jumping jacks and about 10-15 leg lifts, one 60 second "easy push-up" (15 seconds at 1/2 way down, 15 at all the way, 15 at 1/4, and 15 at full extension) and then ran another 200 yard sprint around the sign at the top of the hill and came back.
Missed one round out of 48 total, the other four that technically don't count were all in the arms or shoulders which are still going to hurt like a mofo.
Moral of the story: I may take a while to back you up when you're getting your *** shot off... but when I show up, somebody's gonna get ****ed up
