Question Cardio Help

Hey everyone i currently go to 24hour and im trying to get back into shape for paintball here is a list of what i do now

Day One
treadmill:30mins (jog) and about 5mins(walk)
stationary bike:30mins
Day Two
Leg press: 290 (3 sets of 20)
Hack Calf Raise:100 (3 sets of 20)
Seated Calf Raise:190 (3 sets of 20)
Hamstring Curl:150 (3 sets of 20)
Leg Extensions:220 (3 sets of 20)
Seated Leg Curl:120 (3 sets of 20)

anything els that i should be doing or taking out of my leg/cardio work out

Make it 4 sets for each workout, take out stationary bike, that's for women and shines. You could do all your cardio on a stair-master
